<p>I think one of the biggest struggles for network marketers, new and seasoned is the importance of posture and how it can grow or kill your business unless it is done right.</p>
<p>I feel it is something that gets confused sometimes and most people are not quite sure what the differences are.</p>
<h3><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;">Posturing vs. Preening</span></h3>
<p>Some people will mistake posturing for preening. What I mean by that is they bring what &#8220;you need to know&#8221; as opposed to what you &#8220;might wish&#8221; to know.  One of the first things that I teach anyone in my team that you must be a messenger instead of trying to be the message. The trouble with most network marketers is that they&#8217;re a so busy regurgitating the message of their company before they even find out what someone&#8217;s needs are that they lose them.  All our business really is about is finding what OTHERS needs, wants, hopes and desires are and then giving them information about providing a solution for that. So many people come AT a prospect rather than come TO the person.  Learning how to <a href="http://rickherbst.mysponsoringsecrets.com/" target="_blank">approach</a> is key.  You must look to open them up for you AND for them to help you both discover how this &#8220;relationship&#8221; will move forward.</p>
<h3><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;">Be Efficient</span></h3>
<p>Our time is very valuable. If you don&#8217;t think it is, try this test. See how much time you spend on an activity that is supposed to be making money for you and IF you earn anything during that time divide how much you made by how much time you invested.  The network marketing industry for some can become a TIME SUCKING endeavor that rarely will pay dividends.  When you are on the phone or maybe like me on Facebook with your prospect, don&#8217;t get sucked into an hour long back and forth with them about everything under the sun. I know this from experience guys. You have a million tabs open in your computer and several conversations going and you can just find yourself glued to your chair because you don&#8217;t want to miss anything.  A good way to gauge yourself is set a timer on your phone or better yet get your alarm clock and set it next to you. When that sucker goes off, it&#8217;s time to move on.</p>
<h3><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;">Asking Questions</span></h3>
<p>Anyone ever heard the phrase, &#8220;Telling Is Selling?&#8221; If you haven&#8217;t, you&#8217;re probably doing it. Most of the time, we are soooo anxious to get the information out that we have and feel if we don&#8217;t we&#8217;re gonna lose the person on the phone&#8217;s attention.  So, if you are like I used to be, rattling off every single statistic I knew about my product, my comp plan and MYSELF, then stop right now.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s a few question guidelines to follow.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s call them the 4 W&#8217;s</p>
<ul>
<li>Who are they?</li>
<li>Where were they born?</li>
<li>What did they dream of being growing up?</li>
<li>Where would they like to see their lives in the next 2-5 years?</li>
</ul>
<p>These questions will give you serious insight into who you are dealing with.  We only have histories because of PAST experiences.</p>
<p>You are a potential pathway to their FUTURE.</p>
<p>In closing I guess the biggest message I would like to offer is very simple. Treat other as you would like to be treated.  Ask yourself these same questions in the mirror and see what answers you get.  Cause the minute you can uncover your own challenges, the sooner you will look to be a person of value in the marketplace.</p>

<h2><em>Network Marketing Is Easy</em></h2>
<p><em>&#8220;You&#8217;re gonna be rich!&#8221;  Wouldn&#8217;t that phrase, especially in this new economy bring about feelings of euphoria?  I equate it to the Flintstones episode where Fred was addicted to gambling and walked around squawking, &#8220;BET,BET, BET,BET&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.</em></p>
<p><em>It really is no different than the feeling you have after walking out of an opportunity meeting or viewing it online.  The same feeling we get when we see the same people crossing the stage rising in ranks while we sit in THE BACK kicking the floor and staring &#8220;hopefully&#8221; into the stratosphere praying for some guidance.</em></p>
<p><em>The uncomfortable truth is&#8230;&#8230;.</em></p>
<h3><em>Network Marketing Is Simple, but NOT SO EASY!</em></h3>
<p><em>So, what do we do to get ourselves moving in the right direction when getting started or re igniting our existing business?  As with anything, you have to start at the beginning. This, is of course what keeps MOST people from ever getting off the ground in the first place.  It is always the foundation that causes the house that we build to stand firm.  Most of us dive into the image of what we want rather than what burns inside of us. </em></p>
<h3><em>The Real Leaders Have Sacrificed The Most<img class="alignright" src="http://static2.dmcdn.net/static/video/054/152/23251450:jpeg_preview_medium.jpg?20110810050351" height="120" /></em></h3>
<p><em>Having worked with some of the best in the people in both the television industry as well as the network marketing industry, I can tell you that everyone who has achieved the most enviable success have been the ones with the most to lose. <h3><em>What Can I Do? </em></h3>
<p><em>Sometimes to figure out who you are in this industry, you have to follow who is making it happen.  The one thing that I have learned that has made a huge difference in my success is that if what I THINK I should do is not working for me and I am not willing to ask for help because of my own ego, I will forever look to blame outside forces for what is not taking me to what my vision is for success. So, I ask you. &#8220;Who are you following?&#8221;  &#8220;What are you DOING to make the Changes necessary to feed WHY you are engaged in your business?&#8221; </em></p>
<p><em>And above all &#8220;What WILL you do?&#8221; I am thankful to have had the where with all to look at where I started in my marketing journey and where I have seen countless successes for people that are spinning out of control in their business, spending ridiculous money and never really having the time or resources to sift and sort through all the programs that are being offered out there. <h2><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Network Marketing </strong></span></em></h2>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>I know it&#8217;s been some time for me since my last post.  Suffice it to say, it&#8217;s been a time of action and building.  With that I also have had lots of conversations with several other marketers out there about an issue that pops up from time to time and carries an incredible stigma with it, so I wanted to weigh in myself and really look at it from a business perspective instead of an emotional one. <span id="more-977"></span></strong></span></em></h4>
<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline">Don&#8217;t Be A Jumper</span></h2>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>I have heard this term Jumper used quite a bit in the industry.  Some use an even harsher word, <img class="alignleft" src="http://0.tqn.com/d/comicbooks/1/0/6/p/firingsquad.jpg" height="220" />like TRAITOR.  I understand if someone is committing crimes against a country, but for someone to throw an accusation around about another person in an &#8220;independent&#8221; business ownership position, I think they should look from where they might have come from themselves.  It is of course important to establish ethics in an industry, but also to remember that network marketing, is a business journey as well, that sometimes will cause us to weigh in on the factors that grow our business and others that cause it&#8217;s demise.<br />
</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Now, don&#8217;t get me wrong here.  I do NOT advocate anyone jumping from one company to the other because they had a bad week or month.  We all have to actually learn some <a rel="nofollow" href="http://rickherbst.bestsponsoringsecrets.com/" target="_blank">skills</a> in this industry if we are to be successful.  But, often times, we join a company or opportunity for different reasons in different seasons.  The buzz words &#8220;momentum, ground floor, first movers advantage make a struggling networker eyes light up like a kid on Christmas morning with the anticipation of what lies ahead for them. </strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Sometimes, we miss the BIG picture of what is available to us because we see what looks good on the surface. Mostly, it&#8217;s because we identify with the leader who is out there providing what we feel is the guidance that many new people need as well as the plan that is essential for a team to begin to turn a profit.  It&#8217;s very interesting to me that you can have top level leaders stand on these mountain tops looking down on the mid level marketer and call them out as what our industry labels as the &#8220;jumpers.&#8221;  It&#8217;s an unfortunate place to be indeed when you are continually looking at the same people getting up on stage while you are in the back with your spouse praying for the answer that will catapult you to the stage yourself. I think it&#8217;s very important to state that people with no skin the game of the company they are in can find themselves faced with a unique dilemna of what to do if they find themselves in a position of seeing how your team is able to grow. So, how so we know if we are &#8220;in the right opportunity&#8221; or if we are in need of some serious personal growth?<br />
</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong><img class="alignleft" src="http://i.pbase.com/u45/sheila/large/29067605.ManwithheadinhandsBWforweb.jpg" height="223" />In these times of economic struggle, we are seeing more and more people look at joining business opportunities.  As someone who found the network marketing industry 5 years ago, I can honestly say that I LOVE network marketing and feel it is the greatest form of co-operative business on the planet.  And in this economy I mean, where else can you have the potential to dig yourself out of financial ruin merely from the investment of a few hundred dollars?</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>I have always loved the champion aspect that network marketing promotes and  the victories I have seen emerge from people who have risked it all to come out on top.  It can be dangerous message to send out though. We, who have been in the industry realize there are learning curves that come with the process(and it is a process).  When I started in my first opportunity, I was able to capitalize on a unique company with a unique product that was unique in the marketplace they were serving.  It also didn&#8217;t hurt me to be on the tail end of the second wave of momentum in that company.  It definitely was something that wet my beak to the possibilities that were available to me.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Alas, the economy hit, and like most every networker out there with little experience in the industry, I found myself having to find new ways to market my primary.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>I learned some things about a whole new world via the internet and how it wasn&#8217;t about pitching my opportunity, it was about building my brand.  Well, after I figured that out(a year and half and thousands of dollars later)and subsequently coming into another opportunity I started to realize a few things about MLM in general, and that is&#8230;&#8230;.most people FAIL at it. The biggest reason I see has been focus.  Few people will have the fortitude to go through some rough patches in order to have a break through moment.  You ask any of the big players in the networking game if they didn&#8217;t have, or STILL have their moments of pause or question about whether they thought about quitting it all and I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;d be surprised by the answers. </strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>The point is, we all have struggles.  The question is, when are we fighting the good fight by learning and embracing whatever it is about us in the promotion of an opportunity, and when are we hanging on to the silver ring, thinking that is brass because or fear or ridicule by those around us?<br />
</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>There are many good businesses and many quality products on the  market today.  It can be overwhelming to make a decision as to which  company you should invest your time and effort into to achieve your  dreams and goals.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>The key to making the best decision can be broken down into evaluating a company based on these critical areas:</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;color: #000000"><strong>THE PRODUCT</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Universal Product</strong></span></em><br />
<em> <span style="color: #000000"> <strong> You must have a <a rel="nofollow" href="http://rherbst.myvi.net/loseweight/index.html" target="_blank">product </a>that everyone can use.  This gives you a larger  market share of people who qualify to buy or sell your product.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Product Performs Better Than any Competing Products</strong><strong><br />
If a company has a product that works sensationally well,  people become genuinely excited about using and sharing the product with  others.  This factor really capitalizes on the word-of-mouth elements  that can grow businesses quickly.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Unique</strong><strong><br />
When a company offers a product that is sufficiently unique,  where you really don’t have any competition, this makes it extremely  easy for distributors to market the product, and offer something  different in the marketplace. </strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>It is essential that the company has a management team that places  distributor’s issues and needs first, instead of lining their own  pockets. A company should never forget those distributors that helped  build the business in the early days. </strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>The company must have a solid financial backing to accommodate  growth.  This will provide the freedom to make prudent decisions as  opposed to  being forced into making quick fix decisions that are  inevitably harmful to the entire organization in the long-run.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Price</strong></span></em><br />
<em> <span style="color: #000000"> <strong> The product needs to be priced right so people can afford it, yet offers  compelling profits to motivate people to sell it. Too high of a retail  price point will turn off customers from purchasing it, too low a profit  means that distributors would not be interested in selling it.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;color: #000000"><strong>Company / Management</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Along with the product you must have a company that has a <i>management</i>  team that respects, values and listens to the distributors in the  field.  A company that knows the field is ultimately responsible for the  <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.businessforhome.org/2011/09/visalus-review-2011/" target="_blank">corporation’s growth</a>, paychecks and stock value going up.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>It is essential the company has a management team that places  distributors issues and needs first, instead of lining their own  pockets. A company that never forgets those distributors that helped  build the business in the early days.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">A CAUSE</span><br />
</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>A company that has a cause associated with it can be a huge draw for  many individuals.   This gives their efforts a deeper meaning.   As they  spread the word of the products offered by the company, there is a  moral satisfaction to be had in the process.  Do not underestimate the  power of attracting those individuals that want to make a difference in  the world.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">MARKETING SYSTEM</span><br />
</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>You must have a way to share your product and business with others  that is easy and can efficiently and effectively do the job: even for  those that are not experienced.  The ultimate <a rel="nofollow" href="http://gst.visalus.com" target="_blank">marketing system</a> is one  that does not require someone to have a history of success in other  endeavors or someone who is gifted in sales with a large sphere of  influence.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>It must maintain a system that can help ANYONE that has the ambition  and desire to win big.  Such a system must include technology for  several reasons:</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>People expect the latest cutting-edge technology to part of a successful 21st century business.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Technology (used properly) can effectively relay your message without  leaving out the most important parts (this is always a risk when you  leave the burden upon individuals of varying skill levels to do so).</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Technology must include the human element.  In other words, YOU.   People will always want to talk to a person and create a personal  relationship.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;color: #000000"><strong>PAY PLAN THAT CREATES URGENCY</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"><strong>A company that offers a pay-plan in such as way that creates urgency  for the business owner to promote his business NOW is a critical factor  in creating forward momentum.   (My opportunity takes advantage  of this through its unique uni-level + waiting room placement <a href="http://rickherbst.com//rherbst.myvi.net/recessionproof&quot;&gt;10 Reason Networkers Love the ViSalus Compensation Plan&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;" target="_blank">comp plan  structure</a>.)   This entices prospective team members to act now and  secure a higher position in the tree.  This is called “First Mover  Advantage”.  It’s simple: the person that moves first gains an advantage  over those who wait.</strong></span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000"> Listen, I have been through the mill of educational systems and courses and seen and heard the hype and the rhetoric.</span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000">Bottom line is we all know our own truth.  We know whether or not we came into this industry to make money, join a community, be an entrepreneur, get some inspiration, or receive a service or product. Nobody can tell you who you are in the networking industry. </span></em></h4>
<h4><em><span style="color: #000000">So make wise choices based on <a rel="nofollow" href="http://ricks90daychallenge.com/7-pillars/" target="_blank">facts</a>.   There are a lot of amazing leaders out there.  But, remember, the ones who ridicule you and admonish you were probably at one time in the very same position.  Take heart.  You are on your own journey.  When you are deciding whether you are in the right team with the right company, at the right time, look around and see who is succeeding and mostly, how their TEAM is succeeding.<br />

<h3><span style="color: #333300">I think there are so many ways for us to engage our passion, that sometimes the sheer amount of information can often times be overwhelming.  Mostly because what we feel what others don&#8217;t. </span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300">At least not yet.</span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300"><em>I have seen so many people back off of the one thing that made them become entrepreneurs in the first place because they ran into objections and cynicism.  These roadblocks can often cause us to scramble because we were led to believe that this industry is EASY.   Those of us who have been in it for a while understand why it is NOT.<br />
</em></span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300"><em>As much as we are looking to build our businesses with a click of a button, the one thing I have seen a lack of is building of a realtionship.  There are a lot of gurus out there that are touting how this is the primary focus for them with their teams.  Unfortunately, no matter who they are, you will not find the kind of connection with leaders that you hope for unless you are bringing the serious activity and heat that puts money in their pocket.</em></span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300"><em>So, what do you do?  You&#8217;re a mid level marketer(which truthfully, most of us are)who has more to learn.  You are spending all this money on systems and education to catch &#8220;the big fish&#8221; by putting out this image of being more successful than you are and leveraging someone else&#8217;s methods. </em></span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300"><em>My feeling is this.  STOP TRYING TO BE SOMEONE YOU ARE NOT! </em></span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300"><em>We all have great companies, but we either get caught up in the &#8220;mine is better than your&#8217;s&#8221; argument, or better yet the &#8220;this system will generate countless leads, and explode your downline in a matter of minutes&#8221; pitches.</em></span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300"><em>I&#8217;ll tell you this.  I&#8217;m a kitchen sink philosophy guy.   I&#8217;ve had a lot of success in my life.  I&#8217;ve won awards.  I made millions of dollars, and NOT made millions of dollars in my lifetime. </em></span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300"><em>The one constant for me has always been dealing with myself honestly, WHERE I&#8217;M AT, and starting myself on a path towards a goal.  Simply, and without stopping. I have learned the most from the people that I have formed the best relationships with that struck he cord in me that unlocked my passion to help me achieve my goal.  And personally, those are the relationships I have continued to invest in. </em></span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300"><em>I am fortunate to have 2 great partners that I have learned from and with over the last 2 years of blood, sweat, and tears. (yes, guys cry too.) </em></span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300"><em>If you are not connecting with someone and HONESTLY interested in finding out who and what they are about, then you&#8217;re spinning your wheels. </em></span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300"><em>This is why I love video. </em></span></h3>
<h3><span style="color: #333300"><em>You can&#8217;t hide who you are in a video like you can in a post.  At the end of the day, we have to be out in public and be seen.  It is a people business.  We are connectors. </em></span></h3>

<h3><span style="color: #000000">I say happy because it&#8217;s the start of a week.  A beginning. <h4><span style="color: #000000">How many times this week will you give yourself a chance to start fresh?</span></h4>
<h4><span style="color: #000000">Now, by &#8220;start fresh&#8221; I don&#8217;t mean making the same excuses why the obstacles in front of you kept YOU from accomplishing the goals you maybe &#8220;thought&#8221; about completing. </span></h4>
<h4><span style="color: #000000">I am like anyone else.  I love to picture and vision what life &#8220;would look like IF I just didn&#8217;t have this or that or that standing in my way.&#8221;  But then what happens.  We see the same obstacles that we deem as &#8220;just part of our life, and that is never going to change&#8221; as the reason for our lack of forward momentum. </span></h4>
<h4><span style="color: #000000">I have and continue to learn everyday how I need to actively engage in the development and creation of the life I wish. </span></h4>
<h4><span style="color: #000000">It isn&#8217;t easy.  And it doesn&#8217;t happen overnight.  Sometimes meteoric success is just as detrimental as never having it all. It&#8217;s like winning the lottery.  When you aren&#8217;t used to having something and all of sudden you have it, you start focusing on the thing that you wanted more than what it provided. </span></h4>
<h4><span style="color: #000000">If you are having a tough time with why and how your relationships, your business, your life is not moving forward, take a look at what you feel is important.  I know I am gonna sound like our parents did when we were growing up, but &#8220;What are your priorities?&#8221;<br />
I know we can all state emphatically what we feel they are, and that&#8217;s great, but could you write down why and what specifically is so important about them?  Would you let anything stand in your way or compromise those priorities and principles?  Would you? </span></h4>
<h4><span style="color: #000000">Well, this isn&#8217;t going to be the how to book on what you need to do to grow your business today.  This is a straight forward helping hand that I think each and every one of us needs at certain points in all our lives.  So, I am reaching out to each of you.   Will you grab hold?</span></h4>

<p><em><strong>I&#8217;m sure you have heard those words repeatedly this month.  I also know how many times I have stated the same to others as well.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>It&#8217;s great to have a fresh start isn&#8217;t it?  We get to look back at what hasn&#8217;t worked for us in the past and change what we wish to for the future.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>We are all making our resoultions.  Some people probably made them in a drunken stuper shortly after 12.  Of course, THOSE people are upwardly mobile forward thinking individuals like us.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>The unfortunate thing is most of us will share the same failure rate as the ones who never intend to follow through with their goals and</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>As I write this it is 2 days into 2011 and like many people, I am looking forward to what I wish the future to hold for myself and my family.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>In previous years, I have made a resolution to not make any resolutions because I would only be setting myself up for failure if I didn&#8217;t keep my word about what I resolved.  How&#8217;s that for copping out with justification?!  Ha ha!  Btw. That is just a another way of staying comfortable in misery.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>I have always been a person who looks to re-invent myself as well as re-INVEST IN myself.  I acknowledge that I am a good talker, and fairly decent at follow through.  The interesting that I found out was my activity and commitment wasn&#8217;t congruous with my intent.  I had vision but, I consistently avoided being consistent because it challenged the truth about my belief that my goals and achievements would come to pass.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>I heard something from my pastor this morning in church.  He is a very engaging man with a great sense of humor.  He of course structured his whole sermon around New Year&#8217;s resolutions and goals.  The thing that struck both myself and my wife as strange was it sounded as if he was saying that goals and doing the things that we need to do to achieve our desired success with whatever we are wishing didn&#8217;t really matter.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>&#8220;Wait a minute there Preacher!&#8221;  As an entrepreneur, I am nothing without my <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.chalenejohnson.com/30daychallenge/" target="_blank">goals</a> and activities.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>What he was purposing was that many of us will get caught up in activity and we will miss the bigger picture.  It&#8217;s about what you wish to BECOME.  We are all so focused on the end result of financial gain and the increase of the stuff it will produce.  The greatest asset we have are our core principles.  I mean, look at the biggest producers in ANY company.  What makes their groups so strong?  The people that will follow you, will follow you because of WHO and WHAT you are.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>Here is a question</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>I was scared to ask for help and flitted about with what my direction should be.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>The biggest mistake I made was I tried to do it all by myself.  Now, I am a big proponent of taking charge of your life, but nobody, and do mean NOBODY can do it alone!</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>One of my mentors and business partners, Ray Higdon recently sent out an email to his list and it hit home with me.  Mostly, because it addressed what I have been tossing around for the past 5 months</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>There is always an excuse as to why I haven&#8217;t succeeded in the past year at this or that.  The truth is the obstacles that are in my path to achieving my goals are there because I have chosen to make them be the obstacles instead of looking at them as walls to be broken through instead of speed bumps that I must roll over.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>The only way I know to start the ball rolling instead of dropping is to reach out and make a declaration that, &#8220;I will change the broken path that I am on, and begin to focus on where I am and the <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.numispromotion.com/?s1=redskyenterprises" target="_blank">vehicle</a> I will employ to make that happen.</strong></em></p>
